Is this Program good for my age group?

AENpeeps of ages ranging from 18-75 use the Complete Intermittent Fasting Bundle protocols to help tap into fat burning mechanisms and achieve their wellness goal. If your age 50 or older, it will be important to focus on getting enough protein, and the Complete IF Bundle helps teach you how to calculate your individual needs.

Protein Powder

My protein powder got damaged in the mail. Can I be sent a replacement?

If your protein powder gets delivered and the package is damaged, please send us an email at info@autumnellenutrition.com along with a photo of the damage and your order number within 5 days of delivery.

If you purchased "Shipping Protection" at checkout, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

We are not responsible if the customer did not purchase insurance protection at checkout.

My tracking number shows that my protein powder was delivered but I didn't receive it. Can I be sent a replacement?

We take the security of your orders very seriously and want to assist you in resolving this issue. We recommend following the next steps regarding the theft of your delivery:

1. Report to USPS: Please file a report with the United States Postal Service (USPS) regarding the stolen package. You can do this online HERE or by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).

2. Police report: Consider filing a police report in your local area, especially if package theft is an ongoing issue in your neighborhood.

Can I return my package of protein powder?

For eligible physical products, unopened and undamaged products may be returned for exchange or refund, however the customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs.

Opened products are not eligible for a return or refund.Returned orders can be sent to the following address:

Once orders have been received, we will issue the refund for the protein powder purchase.

I logged into the website and can't find my subscrption. How do I access my subscription to make changes?

There’s three ways to access your subscription:

1. Click on the ‘manage subscription’ button in your confirmation email.

2. Create a Shop App account or Shopify account, you can login (or create a free account) via the person icon on the top right side of the screen at Autumnellenutrition.shop and make the changes to your subscription at any time.

3. Or, you can reach out to us to send you a temporary link to make the changes you need. When we send a link, it expires after 7 days for the protection of your account.

How long will it take to receive my protein powder order?

Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PT to start processing on next day. Processing time usually takes 1 - 2 business days and orders will typically arrive within 5 business days from when the order is processed.

Nutrition Programs

Can I return the Program?

We do not offer refunds due to the nature of a digital download after purchase.

Are the Programs in hard copy format? Can I be shipped a physical book?

The Programs and cookbooks are in eBook format, meaning you can download it to your phone, computer, iPad and Kindle. Some AENpeeps also print their Programs at home or online using PrintMe1.com.

Are the current Programs available for purchase up to date? Will I receive updated versions for free?

If you have already purchased the previous Level Up Guide or Complete IF Bundle, you receive the updated Level Up Guide for free. If you have previously purchased the Level Up Guide or Bundle and did not receive the updated version, can you please let me know your order number and/or the email you purchased the program with so that I can locate your order and send you your updated program.
