Chocolate whey protein powder is smooth and delicious. One thing I’ve done so far is add it to plain Greek yogurt with raspberries to make a little treat.

this is my 3rd - 6 Week Summer Challenge and I just LOVE your recipes. Thank you very much for creating them.
I have minor constructive feedback, if you wish to read them. If not - toss them :)
Since I have all 3 Summer-Challenges and I like to print them out, I would love you to write the year on the weekly menu plan - so I would know which one I have in my hand and in addition to that it would be very helpful for me, if you could write the page number to the recipes in the weekly menus suggestions for an easier way of finding them.
Please put in the serving size per serving for the different pasta options on page 94 (or have I just missed it?).
I love your recipes, your lovely family - congratulations to your sweet children, I love your story. following you and your challenges. Thank you very much for changing my life - I am producing my own coconut milk and yoghurt - THANKS TO YOU.
Oh hang on, and I L O V E my ceto coffee in the morning. This is making my day. I reward myself with it after working out.
What would be the maximum gras fed butter and coconut oil amount I could use in the morning to be still on the intermitting fasting side?

Love it! It smells and tastes delicious. I put it in my morning protein coffee with a dash of cinnamon. It’s delicious!

I purchased this as part of the beginner bundle for the new Summer Challenge. This is my first time doing a challenge, but I've been following Autumn for several months. The recipes are easy, and a lot of useful information!

Really enjoying the educational information and especially the recipes!

It's not a diet. It's a great and realistic meal plan to support body composition. I'm in my early 50s, post menopausal and seeing real muscle and bone mass increasing and loosing fat. My sugar cravings are down. No snacking. Eating tasty food and feeling satisfied and healthy

Love almost everything about it, only problem, and not Autumns fault is that I am in Australia and i have to convert measurements and the summer plan is in my winter 🤪. Otherwise amazing!
