I wish I realized sooner that I didn't need to eat only the foods and recipes in the detox because I will admit I was a bit sick of broccoli, my favorite veggie, by the end of the week. And maybe I should have checked in sooner on the Facebook page at all the meals the followers were posting because I would have realized it sooner. However, I did lose 4lbs so I happy and grateful for that. Next time I will be better prepared.
