About Autumn, struggles, and why AEN became the solution
Food and its impact on the body have been my passion my whole life, but in my 20s, I dealt with crazy bloating that had me sprawled on my stomach after every meal just to ease the pain. I also suffered from anxiety that plagued me since I was a kid. But here’s the thing—I’ve always been obsessed with food. Not just eating it, but how it can heal you, energize you, and bring everyone to the table with a smile. So, I dove headfirst into nutrition as my career, hoping to fix my body while still enjoying meals that make my heart happy.
After years of research, multiple Nutrition degrees and certifications, and my fair share of trial and error, I cracked the code: focusing on protein, healthy fats, and fiber, plus a little Intermittent Fasting. It transformed my body. My gut healed, my anxiety took a backseat, and I felt stronger, leaner, and full of energy. And get this—no calorie counting, just real, tasty food that kept me satisfied and supported my health.
I got fed up with the world’s obsession with calories as the be-all, end-all. Spoiler: it’s not! So, I decided to share what really works. Through my meal plans, cookbooks, protein powder, blog, and YouTube channel, I’m on a mission to help women (and guys!) feel amazing again.
