Bonjour Autumn et bonjour la communauté, je ne commencerai pas avant la semaine prochaine car j’ai encore du monde en vacances à la maison.
En attendant je construis tranquillement mon programme et je fais des choix en fonction de ce que je trouve ici puisque il y a des aliments que je ne peux pas recevoir en France mais ça va. J’en profite aussi pour préparer mon planning de sport. J’ai la chance de vivre en bord de mer et je peux marcher presque tous les jours et faire du yoga et du Fly yoga . Et aussi quelques séances de kettelball pour des muscles plus forts. J’ai hâte de commencer

I love the unflavored!! I have always had an issue with any flavored protein powder. The unflavored I can add to yogurt or shakes and it doesn’t overpower the flavors I actually want to taste.
I thought the vanilla protein powder had a great taste. I tried making over night oats following your recipe and I thought it turned out too thick, like putty. So now I’m looking for other ways to use the protein powder.
I love all of these protein powders!! They are the best high quality and flavor I’ve ever tried. Not sure why but my most recent order took 5 1/2 weeks to arrive and I live in Arizona so that was very frustrating but customer service was great and got me my order in 2 weeks. Best protein you can get!!
Wow!!! Just used the Chocolate Whey Protein Powder to make Autumn's Hot Chocolate recipe and it's so good my husband asked for a cup. I will definitely be ordering more of this!!
I like the fluffy pumpkin muffins and the overnight oats, both contain vanilla protein whey powder.
