It's good!

Just started working through all the recipes. The first couple have been amazing!

This was exactly what I needed to feel motivated and back on track! Menopause has definitely made weight loss more challenging, but this experience showed me that progress is still absolutely possible. It’s been such a helpful resource for getting the scale moving in a positive direction.

I didn’t realize how much even small amounts of sugar were slowing me down, so making that shift has been really eye-opening. Focusing on protein, healthy fats, and fiber feels both nourishing and sustainable, and it’s given me a clearer path toward my goal weight.

The recipes have been especially helpful—they make it easy to put together meals that truly support my progress while still feeling enjoyable and satisfying.

I haven't read all of it yet but there is some really great information in it that I have hilated already and will return to.

This is the best detox I have participated in. The support from the group as well as from Autumn has been great. So many times I have done different programs and felt alone when expecting more. Not with Autumn. She is present and will help in any way she can. Her program is also full of information and recipes that are sustainable and easy to do.

The delivery time took weeks, but the protein powder itself was the best whey protein out of all the other whey protein powders I have tried

Only protein powders that I use. I love both the vanilla and the chocolate. I love that there is no artificial taste. I put one scoop in my Greek yogurt and it adds a touch of sweetness.

Really enjoyed the overnight oats recipe with the Vanilla Whey powder. Paired with the cacao nibs, it tastes like a cheat when it's not. I was looking for a good Vanilla protein powder. So happy I found Autumn's:)

I think this is great content. I was bored with my regular shakes and I love the recipes for a nice alternative.

Tons of Info!

No artificial ingredients, therefore no artificial taste in the chocolate or vanilla protein powders. I really love the chocolate combined with a tablespoon or two of PB Fit in a smoothie. I would also agree that these protein powders do not upset my stomach like some do.

I love the 7 day detox - great ideas, menu and so helpful tips as it teaches us how to make better choices. My plan is to keep eating this way and find 2 meals not as helpful as 3 which is good to know - learning more every day and watching your videos & cooking much more too😀
