I used to buy a whey protein from another provider, and I did like the taste, but the ingredient list had a lot of things other than "real" food ingredients. I like that Autumn's Vanilla Whey Protein Powder only has 4 ingredients, all of which I recognize.
I love the flavor and I add it to coconut milk for a refreshing drink, and I always add it to my cottage cheese and skyr yoghurt to boost the protein. I am learning so much from Autumn, and feeling healthier.

I use this in my coffee with grass-fed butter, MCT oil and a dash of cinnamon. It is the best latte I have ever had!!

This is a great way to have all her smoothies in one place. There are so many choices, with wonderful combinations. I am looking forward to trying many of them.

The vanilla protein powder takes the chia seed pudding to the next level. Also very good in pancake mix (waffles).

The chocolate whey protein powder is very tasty and blends well. I like to add it to cocunut milk in a mixer bottle, add some chia seeds and shake. It keeps me fueled and satisfied for hours.

I really love the Vanilla whey powder. I change up my protein pancake by sometimes adding pumpkin puree and spices, or adding fresh pineapple and cinnamon. I've also added PB Fit peanut butter powder to bump up the protein.
This protein powder is extremely versatile and yummy!
