Not only does this taste good on its own, but it also tastes good in cooked recipes! My favorite ways to use this protein powder: smoothies, pancakes, protein balls, cottage cheese or yogurt bowls, and the simple protein shake. This is the only protein powder I'll drink/eat, it's simply the best!

Autumn’s whey protein powder is a game changer for me since I’m allergic to soy. I love this protein powder. It isn’t chalky tasting, blends well in smoothies and other recipes, helps me meet my daily protein goals in a delicious satiating way.
