Digital Downloads/E-Books/Nutrition Programs
Due to the nature of a digital download, Autumn Elle Nutrition ebook(s)/nutrition programs are ineligible for return/refund once purchased.
Our refund policy stated on the shop page of each digital product describes that we do not offer refunds due to the nature of a digital download. We cannot refund digital purchases because there is no way to return a "digital download.”
For Customers Located in the European Union (EU/EEA):
Under EU consumer law, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases. However, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content (including E-Books, digital downloads, and online Nutrition Programs) if the performance has begun with your prior explicit consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By purchasing our digital products and checking the confirmation box at checkout, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. Consequently, all digital purchases by EU residents are final and ineligible for a return, refund, or cancellation once the download or access link is generated.

First-time retail purchasers of an Autumn Elle Nutrition Whey Protein Powder are eligible for our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. We want you to try our protein completely risk-free; therefore, you are permitted to open, break the seal, and sample a single package to evaluate the flavor and mixability. If you are unsatisfied with the product after tasting it, you may request a refund for that item within exactly thirty (30) calendar days from the verified carrier delivery date. This satisfaction guarantee is strictly limited to one (1) individual product unit per customer, household, billing address, or lifetime of the account.
Additionally, for eligible physical products (protein powder), unopened and undamaged products may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. However, the customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs. Opened products are not eligible for a return or refund.
We do offer refunds on un-opened bags of protein within 30 days of delivery. Once we have received the protein, you will be refunded for the cost of the protein powder (product only). Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If you received the wrong product, we will offer you store credit or a replacement for the full value of the items affected within 30 days of delivery/delivery notification.

Please email Customer Support at info@autumnellenutrition.com to notify us of your intent to receive a refund or store credit for your item.

Refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
*Note - Frequent requests for refunds or store credit by an individual will be monitored, and abuse of this policy will not be tolerated.
