AUTUMN ELLE NUTRITION REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Digital Downloads/E-Books/Nutrition Programs
Due to the nature of a digital download, Autumn Elle Nutrition ebook(s)/nutrition programs are ineligible for return/refund once purchased.
Our refund policy stated on the shop page of each digital product describes that we do not offer refunds due to the nature of a digital download. We cannot refund digital purchases because there is no way to return a "digital download.”
Autumn’s Whey Protein Powder
For eligible physical products (protein powder), unopened and undamaged products may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. However, the customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs. Opened products are not eligible for a return or refund.
We do offer refunds on un-opened bags of protein within 30 days of delivery. Once we have received the protein, you will be refunded for the cost of the protein powder (product only). Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If you received the wrong product, we will offer you store credit or a replacement for the full value of the items affected within 30 days of delivery/delivery notification.

Please email Customer Support at info@autumnellenutrition.com to notify us of your intent to receive a refund or store credit for your item.

Refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
*Note - Frequent requests for refunds or store credit by an individual will be monitored, and abuse of this policy will not be tolerated.
