AEN Protein Powder: 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

We stand behind the quality, flavor, and purity of our protein formulas. To provide peace of mind to first-time customers while safeguarding our business against operational abuse, all purchases are strictly governed by the policy detailed below. 

1. The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

First-time retail purchasers of an Autumn Elle Nutrition Whey Protein Powder are eligible for our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. We want you to try our protein completely risk-free; therefore, you are permitted to open, break the seal, and sample a single package to evaluate the flavor and mixability. If you are unsatisfied with the product after tasting it, you may request a refund for that item within exactly thirty (30) calendar days from the verified carrier delivery date. This satisfaction guarantee is strictly limited to one (1) individual product unit per customer, household, billing address, or lifetime of the account.

2. Multi-Unit Order Mandate (Quantities of 2 or More)

If a customer purchases multiple units of the same item, or a bulk bundle pack within a single transaction, the satisfaction guarantee protects only one (1) opened container. To qualify for a refund on the remaining units in a multi-item order, all additional units must meet the following criteria:

  • 100% Factory Sealed: Any secondary, tertiary, or subsequent bags of protein must remain completely unopened, unsealed, and untampered with, preserving the original factory safety seal intact.

  • Return Freight: The unopened units must be securely shipped back to our fulfillment center at the customer's expense via a trackable shipping service.

  • Strict Forfeiture: We do not offer refunds on multiple opened items. Any additional opened, used, or unsealed bags beyond the first single sampled unit are completely ineligible for a refund and will be permanently disposed of by our warehouse team upon receipt.

Multi-Unit Scenario Example: If a customer orders five (5) bags of protein powder and dislikes the flavor, they may open and sample one (1) bag to claim a satisfaction refund. To receive a refund for the remaining four (4) bags, those four units must be returned to our warehouse completely factory-sealed. If the customer opens two or more bags, those additional opened units are legally excluded from this guarantee.

3. Shipping, Handling, and Fulfillment Costs

Original shipping fees paid at checkout are completely non-refundable, as these services are fully rendered at delivery. The customer is solely responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping trackable freight to our return facility. We strongly recommend utilizing a tracking number; Autumn Elle Nutrition Inc. accepts zero liability for return shipments lost, delayed, or damaged by third-party logistics carriers.

4. Promotional Items, Bundles, and Sales

  • Free Gifts / Promos: If your order included a free gift, promotional item, or gear, all promotional items must be returned along with the product to qualify for a full refund. If promotional items are kept by the customer, their full retail value will be deducted from the final refund amount.

  • Sale Pricing: Items purchased during a promotional sale or with a discount code will be refunded strictly at the exact purchase price paid at checkout, not the standard retail price.

  • Bundle Discounts: If you purchased a curated product bundle, only the retail price of the single returned item (calculated at its standalone promotional price) will be refunded. The remaining items in the bundle are not eligible for separate claims.

5. Abuse Prevention and Void Parameters

Autumn Elle Nutrition Inc. reserves the unilateral right to verify all guarantee requests and deny refunds at our sole discretion under the following conditions:

  • Fraudulent Overlap: Any attempt to claim refunds via alternative names, separate email aliases, variations of physical addresses, or cycled credit cards to bypass the one-per-lifetime limit.

  • Subscription Abuse: Recurring subscription renewals are strictly excluded from the satisfaction guarantee. Canceling a subscription does not grant retroactive refund rights for orders already fulfilled.

  • Commercial Wholesaling: Any items purchased for commercial resale, distribution, or third-party gym/institutional use are completely non-refundable.

6. Claims Execution Process

To initiate a claim, the purchaser must email info@autumnellenutrition.com within the 30-day window with a valid order number and proof of purchase. No physical return or refund will be executed without an officially issued tracking number clearly appended to the exterior return packaging.

Autumn Elle Nutrition Inc. reserves the unilateral right to update, modify, or permanently rescind this policy at any time without prior public notice. Refunds are systematically processed back to the original payment source within 5–10 operational banking days following physical warehouse inspection and compliance clearance.
