How to access/manage you Protein Subscription

Locate your latest confirmation email and find the ‘Manage Subscription’ Button!

  1. Locate your latest order confirmation email in your inbox, don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder!
  2. In the confirmation email, scroll down towards the middle of the email (see photo example below)
  3. Click on the ‘Manage Subscription’ button
  4. This will take you directly to your own, unique Autumn Elle Nutrition subscription portal. 
  5. There you will be able to modify your subscription anytime (pause, cancel, resume), add more protein, swap flavors, and/or purchase one-time orders

Create/Login in to your Shop App or Shopify Account

  1. Create a Shop App account or Shopify account if you don’t have one already!
  2. To do this, you can login (or create a free account) via the person icon (see example image below) on the top right side of the screen located at Autumnellenutrition.shop 
  3. Once you create an account or login for Shopify on Desktop, click on Orders page. For Shop Pay on mobile, click the 3 lines in the top right and select  ‘recurring payments’
