And maybe I should have checked in sooner on the Facebook page at all the meals the followers were posting because I would have realized it sooner. Tried Autumn’s Unflavored Whey Protein, and it is the best I’ve ever had, bar none. I like the fact that it contains only whey protein, nothing else. And it went down smooth and easy. I did not get a bloated gut, in contrast to other brands that contain sunflower lecithin, stevia, etc. It’s expensive, but I mix one scoop with cottage cheese, skyr, etc. to boost protein content in smoothies and make the bag stretch farther.
