First try with the protein powder and love it.

I have been using this since it first came out. The recipes come out great!

I had been watching Autumn Bates' YouTube videos sporadically for years. While I never fully incorporated her advice into my daily life for various reasons, I kept coming back to her content because her approach always resonated with me. Eventually, I decided to purchase her meal plan—not only to gain a deeper understanding and meal ideas but also as a personal commitment.
Before following Autumn’s advice, my biggest struggles were low and unstable energy levels, frequent bloating, and a negative body image. I also wanted to free up mental space by spending less time planning, thinking about, and stressing over food—especially when and where my next meal would be, which had been a constant worry due to my energy crashes.
Autumn’s advice has truly delivered on all these fronts. I rarely experience bloating anymore, and my energy levels feel stable throughout the day. I incorporated time restricted eating before but sometimes found it challenging. However, after adjusting my meals using the practical advice from the meal plan, it has become enjoyable, and I now view time restricted eating as a tool for gut health rather than just a method of calorie restriction.
My workout routine has also shifted. I used to run 3–4 times a week, with resistance training maybe once a week, and incorporate daily yoga and walking. I still enjoy daily yoga and walking, but instead of running I use resistance training 3–4 times a week and run only occasionally. I've noticed a huge difference—I can lift heavier, recover faster, and overall feel so much stronger. This, along with the other benefits, has significantly improved my body image.
Although I aim to build muscle and lose some fat, body recomposition is a secondary goal for me. I loosely track my progress with a tape measure, and while I can see changes, I would continue following this approach even if I didn’t—because the way I feel makes it completely worth it.
Autumn’s holistic approach has truly been a game changer for me, and I’m incredibly grateful.

This is my favorite protein powder. I use it in smoothies, baking, and stir it into my yogurt. It doesn't leave a weird taste and keeps me full!

I don't like to cook, but throwing together a smoothie is so easy, even I can do it. Autumn's smoothies are absolutely delicious and satisfying, it feels like a whole meal and keeps me full for hours. I have one each day, some days two.

I love this protein powder sooo much! Not only does it taste great, with no artificial sweeteners, I love the clean simple ingredients, from pasture raised cows and no heavy metals- that's a thing in some very popular protein powders so be sure to do your homework
Best of all, I love the recipe ideas that Autumn gives-I use the protein powder to make so many high protein meals, snacks, and drinks - I have tried many recipes and do have my favorites that I have every day or several times a week. Please keep it coming! It really is the best protein powder to use in recipes. I have been following Autumn's channel now for about 9 months and have incorporated many of the science backed facts regarding eliminating UPF, high sugar, and need for at least 30 gms quality protein for each meal. I was not overweight at all, but all my life followed the eat less, low fat and exercise more pattern but it was not working any more, realized unsustainable and very tiring.
Now I eat 3 great high protein, high fiber and high "healthy fats" meals a day,
High fat is not a bad word like I used to think, and whole milk dairy and beef- (just need to have the right kind of high fats, dairy, and beef etc) finish by usually 6;30 pm for the night, depending on my work schedule and never feel hungry. Usually go 14 hours ( IF) before eating again, after dinner meal. It was not until I changed my old way of thinking and started using Autumns science backed information that I have now seen real changes to my body composition, I look similar, just more fit with some muscle definition. I also went and did the " in body" evaluation at a local gym for $25 and showed the real changes I have made! I have lost 10 pounds in 9 months and gained muscle mass real body composition change! I have added weight resistance 3-4 days a week and do power walking. I actually spend less time working out now then I did for years, and this is a life time change that is sustainable. so glad I found your channel and that you created this awesome protein powder. PS I was also hooked on protein bars for convenience when at work etc which have a a lot of bad ingredients or still very high in sugar-like the Rx bars- I go through a a lot of Autumn's protein powder, bc I order 3 bags at a time which is like $113. every time this can get expensive but I am saving some money by not buying the protein bars any more :).
