After ingesting (pun intended) Autumn's content, and learning about protein concentrate, potential metals, as well as the high amounts of sugar used in other powders, I started to wonder if the bloating I experienced in the past was not from the whey itself. I tried her protein powder and was shocked - NO BLOATING! It tastes incredible in everything from smoothies to protein pancakes. I have never been on a plan that offers so many delicious food options, and that is so nutritious and satiating that I have not suffered from hunger at all. I'm a little over a week into The Body Recomposition Meal Plan and it's been good to me already. After an all-out feeding frenzy during the holiday season, my jeans would not button. Not even close. But I put some on today and they buttoned! This meal plan has been very detailed and informative, which is helpful when your mind is spinning around all the changes you have to make. It's felt pretty effortless. Sometimes the portions feel enormous and I worry that I can eat it - but I find it all goes down and I don't have that overly full, sluggish feeling afterwards. I've really enjoy the relief of not having to think about what to make for my meals. That's already by done for me, and all I need to do is put it all together! I'm happy and look forward to other victories as I work through the program. My next goal is to say good by to my love handles!
