It’s a neutral unflavored light powder consistency. It mixed well into anything that you don’t want to change the flavor. I add it to yoghurt or cottage cheese to up the protein count. I’m happy with this purchase and will probably purchase a flavored option at some point in the future as well. I also add this to my plant-based protein mixes.
