The Vanilla Whey Protein Powder has become a staple in my kitchen. I like the taste and texture better than any other brand I have ever tried. I mix it into cottage cheese for an extra protein kick and it actually makes it taste better. Anything I have mixed this powder into does really well. I recommend it highly, as well as the Chocolate flavor which is just as good. I use the Chocolate flavor in certain smoothies and to make chocolate milk or Hot Chocolate. The Whey Protein that Autumn uses is of the best quality.
I love this stuff! I’ve been watching Autumn for a while now and as a dietitian I love her protein powder. It is the perfect flavor for and such a great way to get some protein in. Best protein powder that does not affect my stomach
The Vanilla Whey Protein Powder is delicious! It is an easy way to increase my protein intake. Typically I put a scoop in my coffee every morning. It blends easily with the coffee using a milk frother. I don't need to use any artificial sweeteners either!

I like so far. Have only used it with the protein coffee and the High protein breakfast oatmeal. Both are yummy!! Will be checking out the chocolate next.
