I use Autumn’s vanilla whey in my homemade overnight oats, smoothies, and Autumn’s protein pancakes.Easy on tummy as I’m lactose intolerant. So yummy!

Perfect unflavored protein powder! I mix flavored and unflavored powder whenever I want to cut the level of the flavor.

I am just 12 days in, but I am finding the plan to be effective and pretty easy to follow. My biggest concern going in was cravings and I have barely had any.bI especially like the healthy whole foods and the current, science-based nutrition advice.

Thanks for another awesome set of meal ideas. I wish I had all of your valuable health and wellness information 30 years ago!

Love this protein powder because it tastes good and mixes great, don’t think there’s one better than this so get it to bump up your protein. Mix into anything you want for a subtle vanilla flavor. Not overpowering at all.

I purchased this as part of a bundle. I haven’t done it for a full week yet but plan to. Right now I'm focusing on the Summer meal plan. The recipes look great 😊

The taste is true chocolate, not overbearing and no aftertaste. It’s the perfect addition to Greek yogurt for a “dessert” or to se in hot chocolate and other recipes. A++
