I am still doing the challenge at this time. The guide was very useful and I refer back to it when I have a question. I like the recipes, workouts, and information. I will want to do this challenge again.

It took me a little time to get used to the monk fruit taste and I very much like this protein powder now.

I really enjoy this vanilla whey protein! It tastes great and dissolves completely without leaving any clumps or a gritty texture. I’m very happy with the quality and will definitely buy it again. I would also recommend it to friends.
